EXECUTIVE CHEF
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage the kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals.

Develop and execute innovative menus catering to various dietary needs and preferences.

Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.

Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Manage food and kitchen supplies inventory to ensure efficient operations within budget constraints.
-
Collaborate with management to enhance the overall dining experience and guest satisfaction.

Handle special dietary requirements and ensure all meals are prepared according to specific needs.
REQUIREMENTS
-
At least five years of Culinary Management experience, with at least one year as an Executive Chef or three years as a Sous Chef in a full-service, structured dining and catering establishment

Culinary arts degree or relevant certifications.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing a diverse team.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Creative culinary skills with the ability to craft diverse and appealing menus.
-
Knowledge of best practices in food safety and hygiene.

Experience in budget management and cost control.
