EXECUTIVE CHEF


 RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Lead and manage the kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals.

  • Develop and execute innovative menus catering to various dietary needs and preferences.

  • Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.

  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

  • Manage food and kitchen supplies inventory to ensure efficient operations within budget constraints.

  • Collaborate with management to enhance the overall dining experience and guest satisfaction.

  • Handle special dietary requirements and ensure all meals are prepared according to specific needs.


REQUIREMENTS

  • At least five years of Culinary Management experience, with at least one year as an Executive Chef or three years as a Sous Chef in a full-service, structured dining and catering establishment

  • Culinary arts degree or relevant certifications.

  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative culinary skills with the ability to craft diverse and appealing menus.

  • Knowledge of best practices in food safety and hygiene.

  • Experience in budget management and cost control.
