The rooms at Cara Lodge come with your choice of one queen bed, one king bed or two full-size beds. Totally refurbished at the end of 2019,  the rooms are finished with locally made furniture.  Crafted from Kufa; woody rainforest vines that attach themselves to the towering tree canopies while their roots and multiple offshoots droop down to the forest floor, it makes it environmentally friendly and sustainable.

As part of our efforts to the national sustainable development plans, our hot water system is solar. We use the makeup electricity system, where we pull 25% of our electricity directly from the sun during daylight hours.

Rooms open out onto ornate wooden verandahs overlooking the gardens or the patio, the ideal spot to soak in the history and heritage that is Cara Lodge.
