RESTAURANT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and tact.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus.
     

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
