Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and tact.

Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
